A grounded approach to intuitive readings

My approach to card readings is not about prediction or dependency. It is about creating a calm, reflective space where you can step back, look at what is happening in your life, and make sense of it in a clearer way.

With over 20 years of experience as a Mental Health Occupational Therapist, I hold sessions with strong boundaries, emotional awareness and respect for your autonomy.

I initially trained as part of Julie Savage’s “Development Circle” through Gifted and Blessed in Norton, proudly being asked to progress onto supporting as a mentor for future circles.

These sessions are not about the cards themselves — they are about helping you hear your own thinking more clearly and move forward with confidence.

In simple terms

Card readings can offer space, perspective and clarity when life feels uncertain.

  • Clarity around decisions
  • A calm space to think without pressure
  • A grounded alternative to purely clinical or purely spiritual approaches

Why people book a card reading

Feeling stuck

When life feels unclear and you need space to think.

Big decisions

Career, relationships or life direction changes.

Emotional overwhelm

When thoughts feel tangled and you need perspective.

Some clients also explore EMDR therapy or Reiki healing.

How sessions are held

Sessions take place in a quiet private garden setting in Billingham. The focus is on slowing things down so you can think more clearly.

This is not about telling you what to do. It is about helping you find your own direction.

Questions about card readings

Do I need to believe in it?

No. You can come with curiosity and take what feels useful.

Is this therapy?

No. This is a reflective session, not clinical therapy.

Can this replace EMDR?

No. Trauma and PTSD should be supported with EMDR therapy.

Take a step back and get clarity

If things feel unclear or overwhelming, a calm reflective space can help.
